"Can you please tell me your pricing?"

"How do I reserve a session?"
Please contact me on WA or call during normal business hours, or send an email to maxinebstevens@gmail.com. You can then complete an online booking form on the website. A deposit is due to book your session.
"What does your package include?"
Please visit my pricing page to see each package and what it consists of.
"Do you have discounts?"
Yes I have discounts all year round, please sign up for the newsletter so you are informed when we have specials.
"Do you have clothing and props for newborns?"
Yes we have loads, You really don't need to bring anything. You can view the studio on my instagram page to give you a better idea. For special requests please let me know ahead of time.
"How long are your sessions?"
Maternity approximately one hour
Newborn - depending on your package, between 2 - 4hours.
Children - depending on your package, between 30 min - an hour.
Family - approximately one hour.
"My baby has acne, should I wait until it goes away?"
No, you should not wait as I can edit the acne out and we would loose precious time in getting the newborn pictures.
"How long does it take to see my photo's?"
Your complete gallery is first culled and edited then you will receive an online link to view and select your favourite images. The full gallery will be edited within 5 weeks. A sneak peak will be posted on my social media platforms to view, like, comment and share.
"Do I get RAW images?"
No I don't give raw images.
"Can I order more images that is included in the package?"
Yes you can select more images than what is included in your package. You would just select the images you like and then I will invoice you for the additional images. They are charged at R100 per image or R80 for 6 or more images.
"Can I order products?"
Yes you can order any products from me at any stage, even if I didn't take the images.
"I have lost my newborn digital images, can I get them form you?"
Yes I do keep all edited images for at least two years, you are welcome to contact me to get these at a fee of R500.
"I have rebooked my newborn photoshoot, what if my baby comes early or late?"
We ask that all clients email or call within 24-48 hours of having your baby. Most babies are booked anywhere from 8-10 days or even 12-14 days depending on the baby's weight. Letting me know when you have your baby early enough allows room for re scheduling and adjusting.
"I missed the newborn window and my baby is now 3 months old do you take them?"
I photograph babies at any age. Your baby is no longer a newborn however you can still book a session. Please understand the baby will most likely will not be able to do newborn poses or wraps and they are usually awake.
